For Video Recording & Production

Teaching & Learning Technologies (TLT) provides digital video recording and streaming of university-related classes, lectures, student presentations, conferences, workshops, and other special projects on- and off-campus. We also deliver audiovisual content on hard media, in streaming format, and as live broadcasts via the Internet. Our video studio is ideal for recording interviews and other professional presentations. TLT provides video editing and post-production services, including arranging for closed captioning.

For Video Duplication & Media Conversion

We also offer a wide range of duplication services such as DVD disc authoring, disc duplication, format transfers, and file compression. Please contact TLT to arrange for any of these services: 801-581-6112-option 1.

One Week Notification

In order to ensure the availability of equipment and camera operators, we must receive your video recording and production request at least one week before the start date of the event.

Payment Information
  1. TLT requires payment prior to the start of any Video Services project or job.
    • University of Utah Campus Orders must be dropped off at the Marriott Library Faculty Center, Suite 1705 prior to the recording or event.
    • University Purchasing Card numbers must not be included in this form for security reasons. Call TLT to supply your card information: 801-581-6112.
